Eleven House LLC dba Cloud Weim (“Cloud Weim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your visit to and use of https://cloudweim.shop (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from Cloud Weim.
By browsing the Store, creating an optional customer account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

Cloud Weim is a print-on-demand merch brand. Lincoln the Weimaraner is our mascot. Our tagline is “Life in the Clouds.” One of our hero phrases is “Weim Hair Don't Care.”
The Store is hosted on Shopify. Checkout and payment run through Shopify. Orders are fulfilled by Printify and its print partners. Eleven House LLC is the seller of record. Printify is our fulfillment partner — not the storefront you are buying from.
Any new features or tools we add to the Store are also subject to these Terms.
2. Store terms / eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your place of residence to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The Store is not directed at children under 13.
You may not use the Store or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that violates applicable law (including intellectual-property law).
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close optional accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or if we suspect fraud or abuse.
3. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items at the prices shown, plus applicable taxes and shipping. We may accept or decline an order — for example if an item cannot be produced, payment fails, we suspect fraud, a design cannot be fulfilled, or quantity limits apply.
Payment. Payment is due at checkout through Shopify (and any wallets or payment methods enabled there, such as Shop Pay). By paying, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. We do not store your full payment card number.
Prices and availability. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and availability can change at any time before we accept your order. We try to show accurate information. If we discover an obvious pricing or product error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.
Automatic discounts. The Store may apply automatic discounts we configure (for example Buy 2 / Buy 3). Discount rules at checkout control. We may change or end promotions at any time.
Order changes. Once an order is sent to production, we generally cannot change size, color, design, or shipping address. If you need a change, email hello@cloudweim.shop immediately. We will try, but we cannot promise a change after printing has started.
Accurate information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and reach you.
4. Products & print-on-demand
Products are custom-printed when you order. They are not sitting on a Cloud Weim warehouse shelf. Printify and its print partners produce and ship each item.
Sizing. Please read the product page, including the size chart, before you buy. Fit can vary by blank style and brand. We do not accept returns because an item does not fit the way you hoped. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Color and mockups. Colors on your screen may differ from the printed product. Mockups are illustrations, not photographs of your exact piece. Minor print-placement variation (about half an inch on typical direct-to-garment prints) is normal and is not a defect.
Limited quantities / regions. We may limit sales by person, household, order, or region, and may discontinue products at any time.
5. Shipping
Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates, not guarantees. Production and transit times, carriers, and address issues are described in our Shipping Policy. Please review that policy before you order.
6. Refunds & returns
Refunds, reprints, and what we do not accept (including wrong size and change of mind) are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because items are made to order, we do not offer a general change-of-mind return window.
7. Cancellations
If production has not started, email hello@cloudweim.shop as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel and refund you.
After production starts, the order cannot be canceled — the item is already being made for you and cannot be restocked as unfinished inventory.
8. Intellectual property
All Cloud Weim names, logos, mascots (including Lincoln the Weimaraner), slogans (including “Life in the Clouds” and “Weim Hair Don't Care”), artwork, product designs, product photos, mockups, and Store content are owned by Eleven House LLC or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of an item you lawfully purchased (for example, wearing the shirt).
Buying a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to you.
If you believe something on the Store infringes your rights, email hello@cloudweim.shop with details so we can review.
9. User-generated content (UGC)
If you post a review, comment, photo, or other content on or about Cloud Weim, or tag us on social media in a way we may reshare, you grant Eleven House LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with Cloud Weim (including the Store and our social channels).
You represent that you own the content or have permission to grant that license, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or malware-laden material.
We may hide or remove user content for any reason. You keep ownership of your content. We are not required to use it or to keep it confidential, and we do not pay for unsolicited ideas.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with the site, checkout, or other customers
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically extract Store content beyond ordinary browsing
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse payment methods or submit false order information
- Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others in connection with the Store
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for violations.
11. Third parties (Shopify / Printify)
Shopify, Printify, payment processors, and shipping carriers have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of wallets or payment methods (such as Shop Pay) may also be subject to those providers’ terms.
We are not responsible for third-party sites, tools, or services we do not control. Complaints about a third party’s own products or platforms should be directed to that third party when appropriate — but for Cloud Weim orders, contact us first at hello@cloudweim.shop. We work with Printify on fulfillment issues; customers should not be sent to chase Printify alone.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that a product will match a mockup exactly.
This does not limit any warranty or remedy that cannot be disclaimed under California law, including remedies for a product that arrives defective, incorrect, or Printify-confirmed lost or damaged, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or shipping information — including after you submit an order — and may cancel and refund affected orders when needed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven House LLC, Cloud Weim, and our owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Store or a product.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. If those rules apply to you, some of the limits above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleven House LLC and Cloud Weim from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Store, your user-generated content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent we caused the claim.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute arises, email hello@cloudweim.shop first and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Fresno County, California, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, except where applicable law gives you a right to sue in another forum.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away rights you cannot waive under California or other applicable consumer law.
Electronic communications. When you use the Store or email us, you agree to receive electronic communications (order confirmations, shipping notices, and policy updates posted on the site). Order and shipping emails are transactional. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe.
Severability / entire agreement. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, plus the policies linked from the Store (Privacy, Refund & Return, Shipping), are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Store. The effective / last updated date at the top will change when we do. Your continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For an existing accepted order, the Terms in effect when you placed it still apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
