Cloud Weim wants everyone to be able to browse and shop at cloudweim.shop, including people who use assistive technology.
This statement describes our accessibility goals for the store. It is an operational commitment, not a warranty or legal advice. We have not completed a formal third-party WCAG audit of cloudweim.shop, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG or ADA as a certification. We also do not use a third-party accessibility overlay widget (for example accessiBe or UserWay); this page is our accessibility statement only.
We aim for WCAG-minded practices within our Shopify theme and content, and we fix issues we can control when we learn about them.
Our commitment
We aim to make the Cloud Weim store usable for people with disabilities, including visitors who:
- Use screen readers or other assistive technology
- Navigate with a keyboard instead of a mouse
- Benefit from clearer contrast, readable text, or captions where media is used
We design and maintain the store with accessibility in mind as we add products and pages.
Standards we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical target for the storefront, where feasible within our Shopify theme and apps.
Shopify provides the platform, theme, and checkout. Some parts of the experience (especially checkout and third-party embeds) are controlled by Shopify or by apps. We work within those tools and will fix issues we can control when we learn about them.
Measures we take
As a small print-on-demand store, we:
- Prefer clear product titles, descriptions, and size information
- Aim for meaningful link text and readable policy pages
- Use Shopify’s Customer Privacy cookie banner and checkout tools rather than opaque custom overlays where possible
- Review accessibility feedback sent to us and prioritize fixes we can make in the theme or content
- Avoid requiring a mouse-only path for essential browsing when the theme allows keyboard use
Known limits
Because we use Shopify themes, Printify-connected product data, and occasional third-party features:
- Some product images or mockups may lack complete alternative text until we improve them
- Color contrast or focus styles can vary by theme settings
- Embedded content (for example maps, videos, or app widgets, if added later) may not fully meet WCAG on their own
- Older browsers or unusual assistive-technology combinations may behave differently
If something blocks you from completing a purchase or reading a policy, email us — we will help you complete the order or get the information another way when we reasonably can.
Compatibility
The store is designed to work with current major browsers (for example recent Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies. We do not support every legacy browser.
